Classic 1890 Victorian home, beautifully restored. I was in an attic room two flights of stairs up (no lift on site). Watch your head in this room, it has an angled ceiling. Room comes with a mini fridge and microwave. Water provided in the room; coffee, tea, more water, and sodas provided in the lobby/foyer. No food at all. Reception was pleasant but desk person seemed confused about how to turn on the gas fireplace and did not offer tom show me how to do it. There are no keys; it is all by numeric codes to the lock. Almost no electric outlets in the room. Furniture in the room modern and neutral. Very nice bathroom with rainshower but weak water pressure. Lots of parking on site.

The Inn is gorgeous and has a ton of personality. It's location is awesome. It's right between the downtown and the boardwalk/beach. Everything was walking distance. Despite what people said about parking, it was easy if you have a regular sized car. SUVs may be more difficult to park, but sedans are easy. I loved the lobby area. It was a nice place to hang out. I also would have loved the front area with outside seating if it weren't for the dumping rain! We had both the downstairs rooms, which were very spacious. Our friends were able to get their fireplace working, which was really nice, but we weren't. We also didn't get a chance to ask for help. :)

Wonderful little Inn. Great location and price. Staff was very kind. Loved that no one under 21 allowed! Coffee and soda complementary in main building. Very clean and lots of attention to detail. The grounds of the Inn were well maintained and during the spring would be an area I would certainly relax in. Others have complained about the size of the rooms but the reality is you are staying at a historic inn, rooms are shown in photos and beds a available in queen size. For an Inn this was a great little spot and we will return.

The room was wonderful. I could see the Boardwalk from my window and the sunset from the balcony was mesmerizing. The bed was very comfortable. The room featured a large TV, ice bucket, toiletries (makeup towel and wipes were very thoughtful), a microwave, a fridge, and an electronic fireplace!!! There was also free coffee in the lobby downstairs. The building itself was gorgeous: the stained glass, the staircase... I also liked the electronic keypad for security but it was a little hard to navigate it with acrylic nails.

The inn is a beautifully restored Victorian, tastefully furnished and meticulously clean. There was ample parking though we mostly walked since the downtown area and restaurants are only a 10-minute walk. The bathroom fan worked well, the water pressure was terrific and the (basic) toiletries were plentiful. We loved the little display case showcasing many interesting items found during the remodel.
